Montecito Mid-Century Modern Full Remodel

A full remodel of an untouched 1950s estate.  (click here for the before photos).  We thoughtfully reimagined this mid-century home with a modern, earthy aesthetic. We gave all the walls and floors fresh material, installed new windows and doors, and modified the floorpan for maximum functionality and flow including a fun ladder loft taken from attic space. We dressed up key areas in plaster, roman clay and stone with deep, rich earth tones and hand-glazed tiles, while leaving the original wood ceiling and beams for a timeless warmth.
