Services
Tiffany Diane is a full-service design firm. We provide the necessary documentation and guidance to take your project from conceptual stages through installation. We are happy to connect with your chosen architect or builder to review your project scope. We can also recommend trusted architects, builders as well as various subcontractors. For projects that may not have an architect, we can facilitate whole house existing and proposed drawings sets for permitting.
On a lighter scale, we offer a condensed design review package for which we charge a flat fee to perform a review of your current project plans. We then provide valuable feedback to streamline and elevate your design as well as suggest possible cost saving options. This can include reviewing floorplans, elevations, cabinet shop drawings, and/or finish and fixture specifications. The flat fee is based on the size and complexity of your project.
About
Tiffany is well-versed in luxury architecture and interior design and has spent over twenty years working in various capacities with top design teams in Aspen, San Francisco and Montecito.
Most recently, she spent three years working for top Montecito design firms in her two-year role as Director of Interiors for House of Honey and as a Senior Designer for Birgit Klein Interiors. House of Honey is known for their forward-thinking and visually-stunning designs and Birgit Klein is known for her European, fine design taste and custom pieces. As a result, Tiffany has a broad and elevated knowledge of designing and building custom interiors. Prior to working at these firms, she was a designer for the award-winning San Francisco firm, TRG Architects. She was also an owner liaison for the architecture and design teams on a notable Montecito Fernald Point property. Earlier in her career, after graduating from design school, she designed high-end kitchens and baths in Aspen, Vail, and Boulder, Colorado, her home town. She has extensive cabinetry and millwork knowledge.
Tiffany employs a practical process when addressing the details involved in building and designing a home. Her in-depth knowledge lends itself well to communicating with sub-contractors, custom fabricators and for making decisions with the entire scope of the project and budget in mind.
She will create value in every aspect of your project. Her clients have described her as trustworthy, thorough, receptive and creative. Having lived in Santa Barbara for ten years, she is well-connected and has extensive resources for every trade including fabrication of custom design elements.
Tiffany's working style is client-centric, honest and realistic. Communication is key and the client is welcome to be as involved or removed as they prefer. Currently welcoming inquiries for interior design and project management for all project scopes, both residential or commercial.
